Our team brings over 4 decades experience to every transaction, keeping you informed, providing a detailed and streamlined path to closing day. Team leader Blake Smereczynsky began his career selling waterfront property in Pasco County Florida. Blake received many top salesman awards from the start with Prudential Best Realty. During this period he also gained valuable experience working with area developers in marketing new construction projects and homesite packages (2001-2010). While at Prudential Blake understood the importance of writing solid contracts to protect the public. Blake believes in words of wisdom from his former broker "let your conscience guide all your real estate transactions". This was an important moment in Blake's real estate career that guides his client advocacy to this very day.

In 2007 Blake began renovating homes and put early life experiences with his father to good use. Renovating homes was challenging, rewarding - but the knowledge gained was truly priceless! Blake continued to receive awards for meticulous renovations and neighborhood improvements through 2012 when he received the Mayor's Award of Excellence in Safety Harbor for a triplex /pool renovation. Working closely over the years with many city municipalities, inspectors, and tradesmen helped cultivate quality business contacts. Blake often shares these contacts with clients in need of reliable service professionals in the area.

In 2013 Blake moved to the Palm Harbor Coldwell Banker branch in an effort to provide another level of service to his clients. Our military goes above and beyond for our country, so Blake goes above and beyond to respect and honor their service. Blake Smereczynsky's father served during the Korean war and was discharged honorably.
